Halloween horror movie fans: Olbermann replaces Elvira as queen of fear

October 31, 2010

Before we get to the video, here are some pictures of me before and after watching it.

Happy and crazy, I love Halloween!

After watching Olbermann's rantings, damn my eyes!

So what caused me to almost do the unthinkable?  Keith Olbermann of course.

I am posting this video for you to see how insane this man actually is.  But I also want to give you fair warning.  It is over 19 minutes long.  With no commercial interruption.  It is 19 minutes of this man talking non-stop about his hate for tea party and republican candidates.  He gives examples of how crazy they are, and if you are informed, you can see the mis-truths and out of context quotes he uses, but if you are one of his 5 viewers, than you get the impression he wants to give.  The tea party people want to bring us “back to the days of Jim Crow.”

Obviously I didn’t pull the trigger, or I wouldn’t be writing this.  But the man had me on the verge.  I can’t believe I put myself through that.  But I would never post a video without watching the whole thing.  If you can give me definitive proof you watched his rantings in toto, than I will give you a prize. ( contest valid in none of the 58 states, must be 118 or older to participate)

Luckily, Olberdick has, what, 8 viewers?

It’s not like his message got out to many people.

Its hard to imagine anyone sitting through that coming away entertained or enlightened. A 20-minute incoherent filibuster rant is something to be had by HBO or ham radio, not on a news channel. The sad part is, people compare him to Beck. I have one simple answer to that question – Does Olbermann have studio audiences? Hell no, nobody in their right mind would go sit through that crap. Conversely, Beck is informative, entertaining and while you might not agree with what he has to say, he repeatedly tells people to “research on their own” and “don’t take his word for it” – quite the opposite of Olbermann who speaks as if everything he utters is the word of God.

Additionally, I think the over/under on Olbermann’s viewers is currently at 4, so you are giving him too much credit. =)
