We are inclusive, now get out!

February 5, 2011

“Inclusion is a process of identifying, understanding and breaking down barriers to participation and belonging.”  Early Childhood Forum (2003)

"It’s important to recognize that expanding the circle of opportunity and increasing the democratic potential of our own society, as well as those across the world, is a continuing process of inclusion."  Hillary Clinton

"For me, inclusion is about a community where everyone is recognized for their differences and everyone is recognized as belonging – not only in our schools, but in our communities."  Dr. Joseph Petner

All these quotes reference the concept of inclusiveness, more directly, the progressive concept.  They are full of flowery prose and ideological platitudes, but do the actions of the progressives match their rhetoric?  Does it on any issue?

What got me thinking about this inclusiveness was an interesting commercial my son was telling me about.  The commercial was for a Black only online dating service.  He thought it was stupid, and I couldn’t agree more.  But it got me thinking on more exclusive groups in our world.

Like the NAACP, La Raza, CAIR, NOW, GLAAD, the Congressional Black Caucus, UNCF, BIG (Blacks in Government), IHRAAM (International Human Rights Association of American Minorities), JAFA (Japan African-American Friendship Association), the National Association of Black Journalists, National Black Child Development Institute, National Urban League, Organization of Black Airline Pilots, Organization of Black Designers, NACOPRW (National Council of Puerto Rican Women), Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Hispanic National Bar Association, ILGA (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association), National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, etc.

You get the idea right?  All these progressive organizations are based on the concept of excluding people, not including them.  This list is by no means exhaustive, there are 100’s I could have added.  So how come the team that brags about their tolerance and their urge to be inclusive is host to the most exclusive clubs in the world?

Because the ability to exclude is a source of power.  Kids learn this in kindergarten when they start forming their little cliques, and it continues on from their.  But there is one problem in regards to power with excluding people based off race, religion or national heritage – people generally can’t change these things.  The power to exclude is so much more effective if by wielding said power you can make people want to join your group.  As it stands, I ignore black only organizations because I could never make myself black, no matter how hard I desire to be.  But, if the organization allowed anyone to join, assuming you fit their stringent qualifications, then power can most definitely be wielded.

So these organizations are missing the boat on exerting power globally (as in to everyone, not geographically), but they nevertheless have power.  And that is because they choose to be exclusive to their own kind.  If you are black, and the NAACP doesn’t like what you have to say, they can exclude you.  Same with all the other organizations.  Tolerant and inclusive indeed.

This desire to form exclusive groups also stems from the fascist nature of progressivism.  Fascism expresses a gargantuan need to reorganize society based on ethnicity.  The overtly inclusive nature of La Raza is a great testament to this.  Hell, even there name, La Raze, speaks to their fascism – La Raza translated means “The Race”.  Sound familiar to any other fascist movements in history?

Before you kool-aid drinkers want to point out conservatives make organizations as well, please remember, we aren’t the ones touting how inclusive we are.  It is the progressives that like to propagate this lie.

So, just some words on an observation of mine.  No real point, but I hope it got you thinking.

Groucho said, “I wouldn’t want to be a member of any club that would have me as a member.” Now, that’s a Marxist we can support!

Yeah, but let ANY conservative male have EVER been a member of any mens-only club, whites-only club, or ANY other ONLY club, and they will be crucified. If they have been elected, they will be forced to resign. If they are running for office, they will be roundly criticized by the media, until they drop out. Funny isn’t though that “Sheets” Byrd was a Grand Wizard of the KKK and he became a revered member and “conscience” of the Senate.

Yes indeed, there is truly a conspiracy in today’s MSM. Oh they don’t get together and decide that they are going to do any certain thing. They have just made a silent vow amongst themselves that they will protect and defend any Progressive Democrat from any and all allegations of scandal or corruption, by NOT reporting such unless absolutely forced to by public outcry. And then they minimize such allegations and provide the least coverage possible.

Maybe all of the reporters need to go do a stint in Egypt or Iran and see how the Muslim Brotherhood likes their coverage.

In the interest of being all inclusive the Democrats actually divide people into separate groups and they do this so that they can target them individually for their votes. While they claim to be inclusive it is actually their policies which divide this nation and they do it to try to remain in power. I still can’t believe that there are actually people who feel the Democrats are trying to put all people on equal footing because they are doing just the opposite.

I remember all the different groups in college that balkanized the campus. Just Facts said it. None of those groups were exclusively white. Out of the question. Yet when someone says “racist,” what’s the first image you see? White sheets or La Raza’s withering diatribe against the state of Arizona? I’m willing to bet most succumb to conditioning and see the sheets.

Your title is awesome. Isn’t it mind blowing, the way they can say one thing but do the opposite, without even blinking?

Oh by the way please fix this: “it continues on from their” and then delete this portion of my comment.

    cheers!

Remember–one set of rules for us peasants, another for the Ruling Class. ‘Inclusion’ is just a club they use to club the dissenters over the head with until they shut up.

They are inclusive all right, as long as the “inclusivees” do exactly what they are told. Deviate from the progressive line, and suddenly, it’s OK to lynch black folks again.
